Onderstaande constatering van een Nederlands hof uit 1948 (bevestigd op 1949) is inmiddels achterhaald, de consistente misdaden van de staat Israel (onder andere!) indachtig:

“Germany is the only country in modern times which has proceeded with the killing of innocent citizens in occupied territory for the purpose of maintaining peace and order . . . in a manner contrary to the most elementary conceptions of humanity and justice.”
